(1) The #Avalanche tokenomic model is very well structured, so there is no chance of it inflating 40%. #AVAX is deflationary by design. It has a small 5% inflation curve that will eventually become deflationary.

Precisely. The in-game economies I've seen have been too simplistic, which can lead to glut of coins and price crashes. We need more stable dynamics, which might require more complex interaction models.

All the major play-to-earn economies hit recessions. The in-game currencies have all gotten crushed due to supply/demand imbalances. (SLP = Axie Infinity, Town = Town Star / Gala Games, THC = Thetan Arena) We need better models for P2E to be sustainable.

@CamiRusso Uncharacteristically bad, premature take. We knew that many bridges were technically fragile and/or incompetently run. L2s are centralized, fragile and often broken. They have deterred hacks only because of long withdrawal periods, and because of lack of TVL. This will change.
