And don’t say his dna is on the gun bc of course it is. It’s his gun. There’s also 6 different ppls dna on the gun. Did they even find out who’s?

So many people do not understand what this means. The court filing states the ATF was "unable to identify the bullet recovered at autopsy to the rifle allegedly tied to Mr. Robinson," which in forensic ballistics means inconclusive (insufficient marks to confirm or exclude a match), NOT definitive proof of non-match. This does not change anything.

@jonalea7 @wateverxox @SarahisCensored Not at all. Is it strong evidence and ideal? Yes. But they absolutely don’t HAVE to link the weapon in order to secure a conviction, there’s other evidence.

@jonalea7 @wateverxox @SarahisCensored Jesus Christ, people don’t know how to read. I’m not arguing if this makes this dude guilty or not guilty. The argument is the ATF’s findings doesn’t PROVE anything. People assume the findings mean he didn’t take the shot, when that’s not the case.

@GoodGuyStev @SarahisCensored @jonalea7 If there is any doubt that is the problem, his defence will only have to show there is reasonable doubt which there evidently is for that evidence to be ignored by the judge and jury and without the smoking gun it’s very hard to charge someone as the ‘assassin’ in this case

@wateverxox @SarahisCensored @jonalea7 Thats not how it works. The ATF findings is basically saying that they cannot make a definitive match, so there’s not enough evidence to show this IS or IS NOT the bullet used from the rifle.
