@Goodo9982 Small claims court, search it up and have all you documents prepared. Go ask to speak to someone there and present your case, they’ll help you from there

@Goodo9982 Whatever state you’re in go to the relevant CAT and file a claim, which is normally under $100 to file give or take and can be free. Only problem is you will need his ABN etc, which from a cursory search doesn’t appear to be there anymore given his website is also dead.
