@googlefiber our gfiber install date was April 10. Fiber jack finally installed yesterday. today they say we can’t get install completed until June 3. that’s a 2 month delay while we run on iphone hotspot. not cool

@googlefiber: I’ve now had to call Support 3 times related to a required repair on an Internet cable some contractors cut yesterday. The time frame went from 24 hours for repair to 24-48. May I escalate to someone beyond first line support?

@googlefiber is the worst internet provider ever! Their service SUCKS!! Their customer service is bad! And idk where they find their techs at, but they suck too! Worst service ever!!!
