@googlefiber Update: It’s now been even longer with no response. To make matters worse, the Google Fiber app is now unavailable. At this point, the issue isn’t just the outage, it’s the complete lack of communication.

@FlyFrontier it’s been 90 minutes and still no agent at the check-in counter at San Antonio. The phone number at the counter is the reservations number and they said they couldn’t help. Very poor customer experience for us waiting.

If you are using TurboTax download on a Mac. You are screwed as of today. @turbotax just confirmed that it will not run on BigSur as of the update this morning. @turbotax also stated, it will not run on any older @Apple OS either. The only option was online.
