@googlefiber Update: It’s now been even longer with no response. To make matters worse, the Google Fiber app is now unavailable. At this point, the issue isn’t just the outage, it’s the complete lack of communication.

@googlefiber our internet has been down for over 7 hours with no meaningful update. I understand outages happen, but the lack of communication is frustrating. Can we get an ETA or at least a status update on what’s happening?

@SlackHQ I can’t connect to Huddles or calls on any device this morning. Slack app just quits. iPhone, iPad and desktop are doing same behavior.

@FlyFrontier it’s been 90 minutes and still no agent at the check-in counter at San Antonio. The phone number at the counter is the reservations number and they said they couldn’t help. Very poor customer experience for us waiting.

@FlyFrontier I’ve been standing here at the counter for 30 minutes at SAT and there are no agents to check bags. I called the number at the counter they said they could not help. What’s going on?

@SlackHQ We are seeing a lot of Huddles being dropped in the last 5 minutes.

If you are using TurboTax download on a Mac. You are screwed as of today. @turbotax just confirmed that it will not run on BigSur as of the update this morning. @turbotax also stated, it will not run on any older @Apple OS either. The only option was online.

@AdobeCare I have multiple team members reporting that they are unable to login to CC in multiple locations. Login screen is blank. Is there a current issue?

@UUSSquake We’ve felt a couple a smaller aftershocks yesterday and one this morning around 6:30am. Is there a “cutoff point” where some aftershocks do not get included in the feed?
