
@14will14 @Sam_AFC21 @AFCFixtureNews So you’ve got 2 memberships (A & B)… do you submit A for Q1 and Q4 in the first response? Then A for Q1 and B for Q4 in the 2nd response? That’s what I did but not sure.

This is unbelievable @Arsenal. My ticket scanned correctly at Burnley, but the credit was deducted because it hadn’t registered. I sent you evidence of attendance, and you put the credit back on my account. You are now saying that if the technology fails it’s our fault. This is disgraceful and wrong. The equipment is not fail safe obviously, you and other clubs need to deal with that and not penalise fans for something that is beyond our control. @AFCFixtureNews
