I recently read common stocks and uncommon profits by Philip Fisher. I thought I would try using his strategy and apply it to HGRAF. I apologize for slightly weird structuring, I tried to follow the format used in his book. I think it's a good bull case for #HGRAF

The graphene production capacity that’s going to be rolling out is going to result in Wall Street modeling ridiculous numbers for earnings and market cap. I’ve personally introduced Morgan Stanley to Kjirstin. I plan to follow on with other key banking partners. Morgan Stanley gets critical minerals and the importance of Graphene. They were key in helping MP minerals (which I wrote up prior to the goverment deal they got) $hg $hgraf is positioned to become the leading nano tech, nano material company. They will earn support from top Wall Street bankers. In fact, the bankers will compete to support them. They will all get very large goverment deals. These things don’t happen over night. But, they will happen. Because the gov wants this tech to happen. They want turbostratic fractal graphene made in Texas. Security of supply… and it’s going to prove to the most enabling revolutionary commodity in recent memory. Wild stuff

$SYNTF has 3rd party validation that in my opinion has derisked the science. Still huge risk on the execution side. I don't currently hold a position but still following closely.

My view on the updated $hg $hgraf presentation It was worth the wait for EPA. It will be well worth the wait for the gas plant signing and incoming contracts that should roll in post that announcement. Nobody is putting in huge orders and press releasing tonnage until the capacity visibility is there. 80-85 companies and growing. Many over 1000 tonnes. These orders will be coming through and the stock is destined for 10x or $20-30 bln market in 12 months or less There’s many patents in the works too. At Turbostrata we are in the process of working on some custom masterbatches for products we are developing and hope to launch these as quickly as possible. Our team wants products being sold with 12 months. Some of our products involve drop in masterbatching to OEM manufacturing lines. With all the chaos going on in the world. It’s tough to get time and attention. Manufactures are struggling with supply chain issues and others grappling with tariffs and many looking at regulations changes. This creates a bit of short term headwind as people are all ‘busy’ dealing with the chaos of the moment but at the same time the macro is for a huge tail wind for $HG graphene. It’s solves so many problems. PFAS elimination, recyclability, energy efficiency, carbon credits, off setting rare earths, supply chain certainty. USA domestic production. But ability to also produce in Europe and the UK. Good things come to those who wait.

Today we learned $HGRAF is becoming a strategic asset for the US government and it seems a large chunk of the motivation to become US based is to work with the government and receive federal funding.

@TruslerWard If they solidify contracts prior to redomicile it is my understanding that those contracts, or any payments received from contracts would become taxable. I could be wrong. Do your own DD.

@GoonerJacksSD Suggestion is that the taxes will be negligible..

$HGRAF is quiet on news. Apparently they will have to pay a tax on assets when they leave Canada and become fully US based. For that reason I think we won't hear from them too much until then.

@Flex__J It's unclear if sparc is currently using HGRAF graphene. We know that they are testing, and I believe if Sparc isn't using HGRAFs graphene, they will be at the end of testing because it's superior to every other form of graphene available.

$hgraf $hg It means HG is now commercial. No details on the terms of an agreement between HG + Sparc but I imaging this will be coming at some point. For the time being, I imagine HG will need to continue with their ramp up.

What does Sparcs deal mean for $HGRAF? The 3rd largest paint manufacturer in the world has just adopted graphene. Clearly there is a desire for large companies to adopt graphene into their products. Big market signal. Big things to come.

The website makes many direct and bold statements about their product. We already knew a lot of this but it's great to see it in writing on their company page. If they deliver on these claims the sky is the limit for this company.

Finally had some down time to check out $HGRAF website update. I am sure we will hear about this soon, but their new update makes it clear that they will be producing and selling the Hydrogen/syngas byproduct of the detonation chamber reaction. This is incredible.

@LoneyZachariah With how the broad markets have been reacting I'm surprised that we are still closing most days above $5usd. I don't want to see HGRAF dip, but we most likely will. Of course this short term noise is irrelevant for what the future of this stock will bring. Holding long.

Been a while since I posted a chart about $HG $HGRAF as I have been waiting to see how things unfold for it and the markets. I think we could find an ultimate low in the shaded triangle area, as low as 3.50 CAD, very briefly, then a very strong bounce higher again and then way, way up. of the weekly channel I have been following for months now. This is my base case, I give it a 65-70% chance probability. If oil sells off and markets pump even higher, then we could hold this area and go higher, but I see it as the more unlikely scenario.

@ArneriDesign @DARPA DARPA is incorrect in their desire of graphene sheets for structures and parts. Larger particles do not perform better. HG is submitting their data. Pretty much every industry is misinformed on the science of graphene. It's going to take time to educate.

Established my first position in SPTCF today. If Sparc wins with HGRAF, it wins big. It's another bet on HGRAF in a sense, with some extra risk. If Sparc reaches their projected $500mil of revenue by 2030, they 20x or more from here. Working on a DD write up that I'll share soon.
