@gopuff @Grubhub I ordered via @Grubhub who couldn’t get in touch with you and your driver (employed by @gopuff) tried for 20 minutes to get support and couldn’t. He said this is common with 3rd party apps yet couldn’t do anything on the GoPuff side to be allowed to simply hand me my food.

At the exact minute @Grubhub called to cancel because it was so late, @gopuff driver arrived. By the time I opened the door, he got the cancellation and said he couldn’t give me my food or he’d get in trouble for stealing. Neither service could resolve and he left with my food 🤬

Tell me how @gopuff was 40 minutes dropping off my Starbucks Frappuccino this morning. It came completely melted and when I contacted Support, they told me that I can have five dollars for my trouble. 5?! five dollars was less than the tip. Smh deleting this app.

@gopuff Watch out for this scam! I signed up for a free trial. Decided not to use it. Cancelled it. And found out months later they've been charging me for 3 MONTHS. They don't send any confirmation emails when you cancel so the only way they will refund is if i had a screenshot! SCAM!
