Great to see the #MapleLeafs hire the 2nd greatest Vancouver Canucks player of all-time in the front office. The vibes are back!

“Aaron Chapman would make one heck if a city councillor—somebody who knows a bit about what it takes to do that job. He’s an authentic guy who lives and breathes the city of Vancouver”

The day I ruined the unparalleled John Garrett/John Shorthouse Canucks telecast. They were the best, and so much fun. Cheech said if he'd known I was going to be there the whole period he would've gone for a hot dog #RIPCheech

@TheAaronChapman Good luck. I hope it’s still there.
I saw it last in one of the lock up cages in the North East corner of the yard beside the wash bays.

@GordPhillips Most intriguing. That the other stars were put back in but this wasn’t, and I live on Milross Avenue near the National Ave works yard!

MISSING from #GranvilleStreet since 2009!
The @StarWalkBC folks installed a number of these in #Vancouver sidewalks outside old or long-gone venues in 2002. In 2009 the sidewalks outside the @commodorevcr were torn out and replaced, 1/2

@TheAaronChapman Hey Aaron. That plaque is in the City of Vancouver works yard on National street.
I saw it there 15 yrs ago in a cage lock up in the back storage area.
Not sure if they are still there but it was mixed in with 40 or 50 of those stars.

When the new sidewalk went in, famed Commodore proprietor Drew Burns’ star was put in the wrong spot. And this one never returned.
Where is it?
Maybe it never came back because the date was wrong. The #CommodoreBallroom opened in 1930.
Still, where is it?

I am incredibly grateful to have the support of those around me who allowed me to take this call.
The weekends are my favourite slot in radio, and I could not be happier to make some new friends from all across the "Nation."
You never know what can happen until you put it out into the universe.
