Godot is the reason why I'm not making my own engine. Before I fell in love with #Godot, creating an engine felt necessary because I hated Unity so much. Now engine development is just a small hobby I work on sometimes, and I don't take it too seriously. #gamedev #indiegame

Recently I added "ASCII rendering" to my side side side project. It's a classic tiled turn-based roguelike. That's my dream project. I work on it whenever I get tired of my main projects, so its development is very slow. #ScreenshotSaturday #gamedev #indiegame #godot

Added another jump type, the sideflip. For sure the trickiest one to nail down the animation look for, and to figure out how to balance the turning around angle + the angle at which the animation starts. His base moveset's close to done! #gamedev #indiegame #godot #lowpoly #n64
