I still think Chloe Brennan lifting both of these at the same time at 140lbs body weight is the greatest strength feat I've ever seen. Brock couldn't lift the small one with one hand and was more than 2x her BW. Think think about that for a sec...
THE PG ERA@thepgeraa

Brock Lesnar once lifted the legendary Dinnie Stones effortlessly, famous Scottish stones known for testing incredible strength. The two stones have a combined weight of around 733 pounds (332 kg): - Larger stone: 418 lbs (190 kg) - Smaller stone: 315 lbs (143 kg)

It’s no longer “your” Air Force. It’s no longer “your” Travis AFB. It’s a beard, not a dick. Try not to take it so hard.
Buzz Patterson@BuzzPatterson

WTF @usairforce? This guy just got a command in the Air Force? My Air Force? At Travis? My Travis? With that beard? What are commanders supposed to tell their airman that aren’t allowed to have facial hair? What happened to our standards? I want answers. @SecWar @SecAFOfficial @PeteHegseth @libsoftiktok I

@TheNebraskaBear @derek_debus Yeah they navy didn't get rid of them until the 1980s, still looks unprofessional. Glad he served but when there are rules and standards, meet the standard.

@GospelDoc @derek_debus Here's my dad as an AW1 in 1982. He had just passed 3000 hours in SH-2's with HSL-37. Full beard. 100% professional. And fully within regs at the time. Societies evolve. Regs change.

@derek_debus @TheNebraskaBear And at that time we had poor basic training, weapons that could kill only a few people at a time, and very few people in a standing army. Times have changed and discipline is more important than ever.

@ColdxSteel73 @derek_debus Having deployed and seen laxity in facial hair standards, those with facial hair have more health complaints of varying validity per capital than those who are clean shaven.

@TheNebraskaBear @derek_debus For over 50 years the military look has been clean cut, shaven, and in shape. The problem is that over the last few years there has been great abuse of finding ways to circumvent standards. He is outside of standards, and despite religious exemption his beard is not standard.

@BuzzPatterson @usairforce @SecWar While I agree religious exemptions could be acceptable, the length is too long. Also, there is no specific requirement to keep a beard in Judaism or in Norsk religion or in Islam. I only know if Sihks as having this.

@Sarah_kally1 At 17 or 18 you are not about to become a JAG. You need your JD and be licensed to practice before you can be a JAG. That means you aren't going in to be JAG until you are in your mid 20s. He may be enlisting with hope to eventually become a JAG, but that's not the same thing.

Fortunately, her SON is 17/18 at the time of this. He was at the court house for a fellowship before going into the AF to become a JAG. There's a follow-up video in the parking lot. She used to work at a jail as an RN.

@WallStreetApes Your car has to maintain a cell phone connection for this to work, that's why it costs. The Mazda dealer was very clear with me that it was free for 3 years then it would cost if I wanted it. No trickery. If you don't like the feature just buy a different car.

American bought her Mazda vehicle for over $30,000. It came with remote start, that was one of the features she really wanted Now she’s trying to jailbreak her car because the feature has been disabled. Mazda now wants her to pay $10 per month to the remote start “Are you f*cking kidding me? It's already installed in my car. You want me to now pay you a subscription on top of the $30,000 car that I bought from you? Make that make sense — I bought this car because I wanted push to start. I want it to be able to start my car when I'm not in my car.” New buyers got a 3 year complimentary trial to use these advanced features. Now that her trial has ended, the Preferred Plan costs $10 per month, $120 per year, for full features including remote engine start and stop I researched and believe she’s mistaken. The physical push-to-start button inside the car is free. It’s the remote engine start feature via the MyMazda app you just pay for Still not acceptable. We need to ban making you pay for features in your own car

@joshmcgoo I tend to deal with patients who have liver issues or kidney issues but I do not disagree with your combo either. Also for chronic pain low dose duragesic patches can work wonders.

@GospelDoc I'd argue pretty strongly that if you need opiates for outpatient pain control in an elderly patient, do tylenol +/- nsaids then add oxy for breakthrough pain. Impossible to predict how tramadol would work in any patient let alone an elderly one on other meds...

@joshmcgoo Unless it is a little old lady or someone with a sprain or simple fracture I tend not to use it as it is rather hit or miss for many patients. I much prefer higher doses of NSAIDs.

@julieheglund 1. Breast feeding is the preferred and most recommended nutrition for infants. 2. Women who cannot breast feed full needs of the infant can supplement 3. As a doc so long as the infant is being fed with good nutrition I don't care if it is breast milk or formula.

@ArhurComTh @joshmcgoo We tend to go with morphine as first like opioid and use toradol and ofirmev for non opioid pain meds as IV injectables. Interesting...

@ArhurComTh @joshmcgoo I have been in practice 10 years and have never seen a bottle or had any orders available for injectable tramadol and that covers 4 hospitals. Not even listed in epocrates as an option for dosing. Is this a non-USA/non-FDA thing??
