Same thing happened to me I paid TD accidentally from RBC. Had to go into branch and yell at TD branch manager. Still took about a week for the money to come back to RBC once manager had approved. Good luck!

@BCFerries @BCFerries it was on the 1pm sailing from Departure Bay to Horseshoe Bay. Pictures taken during that sailiing. You have enough room in your huge parking lots to organize better. So not acceptable that you put two trucks in front of an #accessible entryway.

Hmm so how do they facilitate with the vehicles parked so close around a clearly marked wheelchair zone when a truck is parked on it? I am on th 1pm sailing to horseshoe bay it’s a little late for help now!
