Started on 20/05 so 2 weeks and 4 days ago. Fasting 20-22 hours a day. Eating for around 4 hours a day. Lost 5KG or 11LBS. Weight training 4 times a week, walking 3 times a week. Considering I must be putting on some muscle mass, I’ll take a 5KG loss in that time frame.
