@British_Airways please provide details of how I can formally complain about this. The luggage was not available until the morning. Shocking behaviour of airport Menzies staff who represent @British_Airways no communication!! That’s the issue!

@British_Airways my flight to Prague was an hour delayed, plus 2.5 hour wait for luggage followed by a security alert at airport. Where’s my luggage. Not a single staff member to help!! Atrocious!!
