dbd should make it so if the killer doesn't have six hooks by four gens done, a survivor is randomly killed and all other survivors are broken/hindered for the rest of the trial see how stupid that sounds? why are we punishing people for playing the game well?

@Ghost_Anon_inc @doevamp There is nothing complex or strategic about tunneling someone straight off a hook. It’s the most braindead and easiest way for a killer to increase their odds of winning. How is incentivizing the killer to chase every survivor bad for depth? If anything it increases it

-Proxy camping is often the correct choice at 1-2 gens same as end-game. -haste alone is not a great reward and depends heavily on the value and length of time so this might not even be a benefit. -bbq is not that helpful to low mobility killers or M1’s and is info that good killers don’t need and only helps worse killers that don’t have game sense Tunneling is not a problem and is something that often adds complexity and strategy into a game removing it every chance it gets. Most killers aren’t even going to benefit from tunneling against a semi competent team with even a little anti-tunnel, tunneling is often just the only option for most the killer base. Overall this is removing depth. Hand holding bad players. And dumbing down the game while leaving many of the killer base in the dust furthering the killer gap. At the end of the day why are we asking killer to have to perform optimally and play perfectly to get results and at the same time further lower the bar for survivor. You can’t have one side be a party mode and the stronger side at the same time. I’m waiting to see what it actually looks like but this on paper fundamentally ruins the game if the numbers aren’t correct
