One dev made 8 features in two days ?! 🔥 How ?! Agile methodologies when applied well. Even thought we release 4 times a week, @mamadoudicko_ from @theodo still managed to deliver an amazing amount of features per week. This is all thanks to an amazing support team (PO,PM, Tech lead). 1 - @chloe_roumengas (PO/PM) talks with me on the next features of @quivr_brain and makes wireframes. 2 - @chloe_roumengas presents it to @Gozinebgo which then translate it into technical Epics and make strategies and all 3 - @mamadoudicko_ and @Gozinebgo then code like crazy. 4 - @chloe_roumengas checks that there is no bug and then we release to production each weekday except Friday. The goal of the entire team is to make sure that @mamadoudicko_ is always coding and never has to go back or redo one thing. He creates an awesome amount of value by coding.
