Dear @GrabMY I book grab since 9am. After 40 minit baru dapat? then kena tunggu driver around 10 minit. I got presentation at 10am. My uni was 4-5km away only tapi sbb jam i sampai lambat around 1017am. My mistake is assuming ordering 1 hour before, I yakin sempat sampai.

am so disappointed. made an order on @GrabMY for Hometown Hainan which is like 3km away at 1230hrs, and initial delivery time was 1315hrs. ok. was in a meeting the whole morning anyway. then the delivery time gets pushed back all the way to 1400hrs.

Hi @GrabMY, I was charged an extra RM15 as a “toll fee” by the driver for a short trip from my home to a nearby store, where there is no toll at all and the ride only takes about 10 minutes 🤷🏻‍♂️
