@GrabMY Useless horrible grab food services. All my orders recently have been always with a problem. Whether it’s out of stock food or replacing it with items that I did not ask for. Spillages of drinks and improper use of packaging to keep the food intact etc etc

Hi @GrabMY Saya buat advance book untuk ride sekitar 1 pagi semalam. Saya arrange ride jam 6.45AM. Pagi tadi jam sekitar jam 6.30AM driver cancelled ride dengan alasan tak boleh tunggu. Saya dapati saya kena tanggung kos. Kenapa?! Saya perlukan jawapan

@GrabMY has the worst customer support. The in app chat bot is literally useless. Ordered food at 9pm and no rider was assigned until 10.20pm. At 10pm the stall staff calls me to inform the restaurant has closed and they're waiting outside alone. Do better @GrabMY

@GrabMY Hi, thanks for the prompt response. I have done official complaint via the app. There were 3 drivers involved. A stern action should be implied since this has been a trend among most drivers. My mom, who is 61 years old and my nephew age of 4 years old, can those drivers imagine?

These MFs are purposely not moving and expecting me to cancel the booking. I faced an incident where my tyre was flat at the MRR2 Batu Caves exit. Hence, I walked my family to the nearest pickup point to send them home first. These 2 fella were expecting me to cancel my booking.
