Nursing staff were 50/50 & many used surgical masks. The nursing staff’s information, education & beliefs were varied. Many distrusted their own hospital’s guidance & the CDC. 😞

From the months it took them to recommend masking to slow the initial spread of COVID-19 until today, CDC has been consistent about one thing when it comes to masking & COVID -- and that's being wrong. The science is clear: N95 respirators provide better protection than a plain surgical mask.
