AIR = Affordable Care Act Information Returns, which is the system used by large companies to provide employee health insurance information. Not sure why that's holding everything up.

@KatyTurNBC WILL SOMEONE, ANYONE, check with the IRS, to find out why tax refunds that are extremely needed, are not being processed. People need them to survive, it seems like the government doesn't care, especially since the IRS isn't taking calls!
