@daviskellyk Heavier things like a phone will rub, but the gels don’t move around too much for me. I put other things in there like a little ziplock with tissues and bandaids. Vests rub really badly for me, so I got creative. Try it out on an old pair and see if it’ll work for you?

@daviskellyk I cut an opening in the waistband of my shorts and the inside layer of my sports bra, and stuff extra gels in there!

I would also like to point to the hard work of @PMWU397 who recently won their fight for a union for the Penn Museum Workers. Museum networks need to make space for further unionization efforts, and support unionized staff during conferences.

@intersectionist @MxAbdulAliy #MCN2023 is being held at @pennmuseum where staff used the remains of two young victims of the 1985 MOVE bombing as teaching aids without the surviving family member’s knowledge or consent. Hosting at the Penn without addressing or condemning these ethical issues is unacceptable.
