Glinda is the witch of the south, for one thing, and the reigns of the witches predate the wizard coming to Oz in the first place.

I’ve never seen Wicked, but the premise of The Wizard Of Oz is that the whole thing was a dream, so Wicked is just like, “Hey guess what, that dream also has a backstory”?

@BeevesMe They're called rec centers over here and we do have them, but they're run by cities so they aren't free (though subsidized, so fees are very low) and county residents pay extra in my area. They run various classes. The gyms may not be as kitted out as private ones.
