Underrated things about NJ -
1) NJ is deeply, deeply unpretentious. It filters out pinkies up people better than anywhere else in the country.
2) NJ is hilarious. My least funny friend in high school is top 1% funny any other place in the country.
3) Food in NJ is amazing. Especially in the suburbs. Strip mall meals in NJ mog just about any other suburban cuisine in the country.

@staysaasy NJ is the best state in the country. I’m 30 minutes from Philadelphia, 30 minutes from Atlantic City, 90 minutes from NYC. I can surf, ski, hike, best restaurants in the country.

Honestly this is why I dont enter online tourneys at all. Too many outside factors that ruin the experience "mainly laggy players" It just turns into ranked with extra steps.
If more tourneys took these kind of steps id be willing to enter more

Announcement regarding changes to my Motivation Academy SF6 NA brackets - Moving foward starting with the teams tournament on Thursday and beyond, anyone who is located in the Dominican Republic area will no longer be allowed to enter the tournaments Unfortunately DR is a far enough distance away that it does not provide tournament standard connections with the rest of NA and it ruins the tournament experience for others that join the tournaments It is also bothersome that bad connections in the tournament cause friction among the players and the community and I don’t condone any bad behavior within my community/tournaments The health of my tournaments/community was put in mind when making this choice This decision was made solely by me, so if anyone has any issues with it or any questions, they can come to me or ask me about them I hope everyone will continue to support Motivation Academy

The vast majority of “New Yorkers” that shit talk NJ are from the midwest. NYC natives treat New Jersey the same as Westchester or Long Island (which is to say, they eventually move there)

@LlessuR_RL For the part about round start, most (modern) games are balanced enough that they're multiple viable options at round start. There will often be "better" (higher percentage) options but there will usually be some sort of counter to either beat it or make it less valuable

This may be a dumb question but Ik they said these are the best 2 players in the world, but is the game that linear when it starts? Like is there a series of moves that are simply the best right when the round starts? (I’ve never played fighting games before)
