Part of my role with the Cedarburg baseball program is helping our guys get opportunities at the next level. All I try to do here is connect with coaches, learn about their programs and connect them with players that fit their profile. I’m not a recruiting service, I don’t charge anyone for anything. I simply coach baseball and try to help kids achieve their dreams.

I mean there is a reason some relievers with below average stuff stick around the bigs for so long. A player with 200 innings has to be taught so much less. You don’t have to teach a college veteran to wake up for a 6:00AM lift You don’t have to teach a college veteran how to wear their uniform. You don’t have to teach a college veteran the bounce back the day after blowing a 3 run lead
