Part of my role with the Cedarburg baseball program is helping our guys get opportunities at the next level. All I try to do here is connect with coaches, learn about their programs and connect them with players that fit their profile. I’m not a recruiting service, I don’t charge anyone for anything. I simply coach baseball and try to help kids achieve their dreams.

@RyanWinker68446 hasn’t pitched basically ever. He was throwing 78 from the OF last year. All he did was get to work this offseason and now he’s seeing numbers like this. Kids gonna work himself into baseball after high school.

Look at the infielder's fielding %'s on teams that make it to Omaha. Players. You can't make an error every other game and think you're going to play big time college baseball. Example. Good P5 shortstops make about 15 errors in a season. Elite make under 10. You have to make routine look routine.
