@LycaMobileForUK Hullo can you help? I’m India and my national plus U.K. plan includes data roaming for India. The data is not working and I have not got any message from Lyca on roaming with change in country. My plan was renewed yest night I have no confirmation message either.

@iAkshP People have lost a balances view - they overhype Shastri-Kohli, dismiss Dada-Wright, Dravid - Chappell, Dhoni-Gary , Dravid - Rohit period. Shastri - Kohli trump in results at home that too started under Kumble - Kohli btw. I’m not fond of Gambhir but this isn’t our lowest phase.

@Granger_Gab That's what I'm saying but maybe I could have phrased it a little better. People are comparing the current phase with the 11-14 phase after lunch on day 4 & that's what I'm arguing against. That this may not be our best time but nowhere close to that phase.

@HomerOpines Exactly this!!! I was expecting a full rout and this young team has fought so well! Even if they lose the Oval test and series I wouldn’t care - great fight all the way through. Rohit and Kohli should have retired earlier imo - both were totally spent in test cricket.

Common practise is not equal to rule of the game. India played by the rules - England fans can whine about ‘spirit of the game’ and ‘common practice’ as is convenient to them.

@battleground_k Of course I appreciate they are different. Just mentioned domestic cricket to illustrate the common practise in professional cricket in this country to shake hands as soon as possible when a draw is the only result possible.

The rule of the game is England had a right to ask and India had right to deny. If one team wants to play - the game goes on. It’s not that hard.

@prabhu777don What are you talking about? Clearly there is a difference between players achieving milestones in their career and dragging a game out for no reason when you should have shaken hands and ended the game

@HomerOpines Clearly I have lost it with this acronyms! And I had just been to Ireland this month 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ UK doesn’t make sense given it’s not even officially recognised cricket board -it’s England and Wales! But yeah if it’s for the absurdity of the filter then ANUS makes sense.

When we win overseas, the argument is about ICC trophies. When we win ICC trophies, the argument is about ANUS wins.
And so the goalposts shift.

As long as you put winning a white ball trophy at a higher pedestal than winning a Test series in England, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa you will continue to underperform. India has not won in Eng since 2007, in NZ since 2009 and never in SA #cricket

@HomerOpines So same as SENA but now includes Ireland because we have been playing Ireland so frequently in tests that these records matter - FFS . I detest the whole SENA stats - explains why ICC is focussing on IEA.

The problem has never been the format - the problem is that it has been restricted to 3 nations playing test series of 4-5 matches with each other while the rest 9 barely get 4 tests a year.
