@Kesthecollie Kes was universally loved and certainly won a piece of my heart. I too, have kept the calendar, will never forget her. Bess is carving her own path, love her pokey out tongue and ‘teefs’. Both shine by having just the best Dad 🤩🤗😘

The day is nearly over and it has been exactly a year since Auntie Kes passed. Lots of people have said how she helped them, how they miss her. She lives on in our memories. In future we’ll focus more on young Bess but will never forget Auntie Kes. The goodest of girls ❤️

We haven’t really had time to reflect on the generosity and spirit of everyone here. What has been for years a small group of friends (Grover, Wylie, Eric, Maeve, Mu etc) has become a much larger thing. And it’s a place where only love and positivity exist. Thank you all 😘

We have had a strange day. I was my usual puppy Bess self until about 11.30am. I was chasing after something in an open grassy area and shrieked. I was out of dad’s sight briefly but immediately ran to him. I’ve been poorly ever since. Mainly quiet and unhappy. I have zero injuries. We think it could be a grass snake bite. I am a little better and am asleep now. Hopefully I’ll improve more overnight

@its_peterquinn @BoomRadioUK That’s ok as the Beano was a constant as my Dad’s favourite (he particularly liked Baby Face Finalyson and The Nibblers). My brother managed to get his letter printed in The Beano too, got a few goodies from The Dennis The Menace Club as his reward from them 🤩
