Wow. Another man I had the good fortune of spending some quality time with discussing scheme, strategy, tactics, team building, player development over the past 2 seasons. Traveling the country and talking to the coaches, players, calling games, walking on the grass…such a great profession. Manhattan, KS was always a good game day scene. Coach Klieman was one of the best in all areas in my experience.

Sources: Chris Klieman is considering stepping down at Kansas State. Nothing has been finalized, but the sides are in discussions. He’s under contract through the 2032 season. The Mercury Sports first reported possible retirement.

Dylan Edwards is among the most talented backs K-State has had in my lifetime. But he's also probably the biggest headache too. I'm glad we can just move on. Cats could've had a good year had he just got this out of the way last offseason and we hit the portal for a RB1.

Avery has only regressed. Telegraphs passes and refuses to use his legs

@madclout50 That’s fair. Defense and OLine are much more glaring issues. But that final drive was pitiful and Avery was way off in a do or die situation.
