@virginmedia Complaint was about the service we've had since moving and the emails and texts every day asking to collect equipment (that I'm still using), and the resolution was that I call and get someone to run diagnostics on my faulty broadband (there's nothing wrong with the broadband...)

1. @virginmedia are charlatans. Took more than 3wks to reconnect broadband when we moved (engineer said he could've done it wks earlier), multiple calls promised which bever came. Now chasing me multiple times a day to collect kit, kit which I'm literally using cos I moved house.

@virginmedia The case information online doesn't match the case information in the email I've received, and the resolution provided in the email looks like it belongs to someone else as it's completely irrelevant to my complaint.

@virginmedia I've just been cut off after over an hour of holding. The number I called is the number given in the complaint "resolution" email i received. Please give a direct line for your complaints division - I'm not I interested in scouring your website for the hundredth time in 6wks.

3. Have been holding for 35mins and counting to try to speak to anyone on the "thinking about leaving us" option as that was literally the only option that even vaguely matched what I need. @virginmedia how can you justify wasting so much of your customers' time?? Shame on you.
