POV. Technical Hurdle Day Brought to you by Meta. We have been working a lot on learning how to create space and hurdling on the front side. IMO, the work to get off the hurdle more efficiently starts even before you take off to actually hurdle. We don’t work on snapping the lead leg down because I think it can put you in a compromising position coming off the hurdle. We instead emphasize PUNCHING 🥊 the Lead Arm and PULLING the Trail Leg. *An effective and aggressive trail leg is the 🔑.
