There’s a time hubby and I were at the airport. We got into the picture and selfie moment. We took quite a number of them. All nice and laughing. He asked me only one question: So u can’t listen to me if I say I don’t like them? I knew there and then we’ve now crossed into the husband mode and outa friend mode no-more. This here is the reason why many people claim to squat up to 200kg but still have small legs, I see many people in the gym do this, sacrificing proper form for heavy lifts that adds no gain, reduce the weight to 100kg and squat properly, you are not strong enough to rep 140kg.
