@El96624Elijah @meenou6 @yinraijin Each Uchiha user has a different ability in each eye. Shisui had the same ability in both eyes. One much more powerful than the other. Itachi was given the perfect genjutsu eye with 10 year cool down. Danzo stole the weaker one. Mind you Byakugan is Konoha Kekkei Genkai.

@meenou6 @yinraijin Not a Shisui defender but Danzo was able to circumvent the cool down with Hashirama cells. He could use it once per day. It's also perfect and untraceable genjutsu.

@yinraijin his crappy mangekyou genjutsu has a 10 year cooldown

The combat in Star Ocean 4 feels like a great evolution of the formula from 1 and 2. Blindsides are adding a cool incentive to stay on your feet while Rush Mode still gives you that good feeling of plowing through enemies
