Αποκάλυψη για τις #τράπεζες και τα #Funds: Τα αρπακτικά Funds έχουν αγοράσει κόκκινα δάνεια 36 δις με 1,5 δις, στο 4% της αξίας τους (Πίνακας) και ενώ δαπανήσαν μόλις 1,5δις,  θέλουν να εισπραξουν 15 δις περίπου ΔΕΚΑΠΛΑΣΙΑΖΟΝΤΑΣ την “επένδυση” τους !!  Έχεις καταναλωτικό δάνειο, χρέη από πιστωτική κάρτα, στεγαστικό στον Νόμο Κατσέλη, δάνειο ελεύθερου επαγγελματία, δάνειο μικρής επιχείρησης που χτυπήθηκε από την κρίση; Το πιθανότερο είναι το δάνειο σου να έχει ενταχθεί σε πακέτα δανείων μεσαίας και χαμηλής Εξοφλητικής Προτεραιότητας (junior & Mezzanine) που έχουν εξαγοραστεί σε πακέτα από Funds στο 4% της αξίας του υπολοίπου τους, όπως ισχύει για τα 23 πακέτα δανείων αξίας 36,39 δις που μπήκαν στον Ηρακλή και εξαγοράστηκαν μόλις με 1,498δις μεταξύ του 2020 και του 2024 (Πίνακας). Αυτό συνέβη για να μπορέσουν οι τράπεζες να πάρουν 21 δις εγγυήσεις του Δημοσίου για πρόσθετα δάνεια 21 δις, δάνεια υψηλής προεξοφλησης ή senior, υψηλής εισπραξιμότητας, που επίσης μεταβιβαστηκαν στο SPV του Ηρακλή στο 100% της αξίας τους και εξυπηρετούνται από τους servicers. Αν οι πληρωμές όλων των παραπάνω δανείων αξίας υπολοίπου 57 δις ξεπεράσουν τα  21 δις τότε δεν καταπίπτει η εγγύηση.  Παρόλα αυτά, από επίσημες αναφορές Υπουργών στη Βουλή έχει συναχθεί ότι τα Funds και το SPV του Ηρακλή στοχεύουν σε εισπράξεις 35 δις, ήτοι 14 δις παραπάνω από τις εγγυήσεις. Συνεπώς για δάνεια Mezzanine και Junior αξίας 36 δις που εξαγοράστηκαν από Funds μόλις 1,48 δις, τα Funds αναμένουν εισπράξεις 14δις.  Άρα τα Funds αναμένουν περίπου ΔΕΚΑΠΛΑΣΙΑΣΜΟ των χρημάτων που επένδυσαν το διάστημα 2021-2025!!! Πως και πότε μεταβιβασαν οι τράπεζες στα funds και πότε εντάχθηκαν τα πακέτα ομολογιών στο πρόγραμμα θα το δείτε στον πίνακα. Οι τράπεζες πάντως κινήθηκαν ως εξής γράφοντας ζημιές που τις επωμιστηκε κυρίως ο Έλληνας φορολογούμενος μεσω του ΤΧΣ που τότε κατείχε σημαντικά μερίδια  του μετοχικού κεφαλαίου των τραπεζών. ▫️Η Εθνική Τράπεζα πούλησε τέτοια δάνεια (μεσαίας και χαμηλής κατηγορίας εντός του προγράμματος Ηρακλή) αξίας υπολοίπου 3,805 δις € σε 3 πακέτα (Frontier 1,2,3) έναντι αντιτίμου 351 εκατομμύρια, δηλαδή στο 9,2% της αξίας τους! Πρόκειται για το 10% των δανείων junior και Mezzanine που μπήκαν στον Ηρακλή.  ▫️Η Τράπεζα Πειραιώς πούλησε τέτοια δάνεια (μεσαίας-mezzanine και χαμηλής-junior κατηγορίας εντός του προγράμματος Ηρακλή) αξίας υπολοίπου 9,912 δις € σε 5 πακέτα (Phoenix, Sunrise 1,2,3, Vega) έναντι αντιτίμου μόλις 270 εκατομμύρια €, δηλαδή στο 2,7% της αξίας τους! Πρόκειται για το 27% των δανείων junior και Mezzanine που μπήκαν στον Ηρακλή.  ▫️Η Alpha Bank πούλησε τέτοια δάνεια (μεσαίας-mezzanine και χαμηλής-junior κατηγορίας εντός του προγράμματος Ηρακλή) αξίας υπολοίπου 9,264 δις € σε 6 πακέτα (Galaxy 1&2, Gaia 1&2, Cosmos, Orion) έναντι αντιτίμου μόλις 356 εκατομμύρια €, δηλαδή στο 3,8% της αξίας τους! Πρόκειται για το 25% των δανείων junior και Mezzanine που μπήκαν στον Ηρακλή. ▫️Η Attica Bank πούλησε τέτοια δάνεια (μεσαίας-mezzanine και χαμηλής-junior κατηγορίας εντός του προγράμματος Ηρακλή) αξίας υπολοίπου 2,48 δις € σε 2 πακέτα (Domus & I Rhodium) έναντι αντιτίμου μόλις 45 εκατομμύρια €, δηλαδή στο 1,8% της αξίας τους! Πρόκειται για το 7% των δανείων junior και Mezzanine που μπήκαν στον Ηρακλή. ▫️Η Eurobank πούλησε τέτοια δάνεια (μεσαίας-mezzanine και χαμηλής-junior κατηγορίας εντός του προγράμματος Ηρακλή) αξίας υπολοίπου 10,93 δις € σε 6 πακέτα (Pillar, Cairo 1,2,3, Mexico, Leon ) έναντι αντιτίμου μόλις 476 εκατομμύρια €, δηλαδή στο 4,35% της αξίας τους! Πρόκειται για το 30% των δανείων junior και Mezzanine που μπήκαν στον Ηρακλή.

Αυτό επαληθεύεται μέχρι τώρα, παρά τον πανικό της περασμένης Παρασκευής, αφού οι αγορές ξεκίνησαν σήμερα Δευτέρα με διόρθωση κάτω από τα $100. Οι 5 λόγοι που ισοσταθμίζουν την κατάσταση: 1. Η απόφαση του προέδρου Τράμπ την Παρασκευή να χορηγήσει αναστολή κυρώσεων (waver) για το ρωσικό πετρέλαιο για ένα μήνα. Αυτό θα επιτρέψει κανονικά την παράδοση του αργού πετρελαίου στην Ινδία και τις ασιατικές αγορές. 2. It also formulates the national psyche, forcing you to be on par with it (for some it's too heavy, I know). Greece,for ex. could never do what Denmark did in WW II, to surrender without a fight.

It is a harsh realization for a Greek, after the initial period of living and working in the West, to recognize the deep-seated hatred that many Western Europeans harbour toward our nation, often concealed beneath a façade of indifference and harmless stereotypes.

A Turkish F-16 presence in the occupied north of Cyprus would not be defence. It would be combat air power laundered through occupation. Ankara is repeating the Somalia model. A crisis becomes a pretext. The pretext becomes a permanent military position. The Turkish occupation of Cyprus is also a matter of Israeli national security.¹ Cyprus lies within the same strategic theatre: air corridors, sea lanes, energy routes, intelligence geometry, and British bases already under fire. Jerusalem understands the map and is already acting to prevent such a deployment. If Ankara chooses to militarise the occupied north, it should not assume the map will remain frozen. Israel could stand with Greece and Cyprus in a future move to liberate the north - Poseidon's Wrath. The Iskenderun episode proved nothing. It was framed as proof that Turkey too was under Iranian attack. Then officials briefed that the missile had likely been heading towards Cyprus. The story shifted because the purpose was never clarity. It was strategic positioning. The strategic reality did not move: Turkey is not part of the pressure on Iran. It is part of the system that keeps Iran viable.² Ankara gives Tehran what matters most in war: political cover, operational space, and time. Iran remains the urgent threat. Turkey remains the tolerated one. Ankara does not need Iran to win. It needs the regime to endure. Iran is useful to Ankara precisely because it is never resolved. This is not alliance discipline. It is strategic parasitism from within the alliance.³ The guarantor fiction has collapsed - for both Ankara and London.⁴ A guarantor does not occupy the state it claims to protect. Turkey destroyed the constitutional order it pledged to defend and converted invasion into permanent leverage. Britain had authority, capacity, and duty in 1974. It chose inaction. London retained sovereign bases on Cypriot soil. Sovereignty without resolve is not a guarantee. When those bases draw fire and hesitation follows, the question answers itself: what purpose do they still serve beyond exposing Cyprus and advertising British drift? The F-16 issue is clearer still. American aircraft were not supplied to entrench occupation or project coercive air power from seized territory. If Turkish F-16s operate from the north of Cyprus, this crosses from alliance friction into breach.⁵ The answer is not reopening the F-35 programme. The answer is enforcement. Sustainment. Upgrades. Munitions. Mission software. Operational permissions. Occupied Cyprus cannot become another platform from which Ankara launders force under NATO cover. Not after Somalia. Not while Turkey helps shield Iran. Not while British bases already attract fire.
