Talarico is going to lose by 5+. Beto was far more charismatic and had said far less dumb things, and he only got within two. Texas got MORE red in the last eight years. Trump won Texas by almost 14 points. Even if it's a blue wave year that's too much.

Improved 11R-3D Georgia map. Every Atlanta-area district is R+20 or higher, with the blue-trending GA-3 now the state’s reddest seat at R+24. I also reworked the four South Georgia districts to all sit at R+15. This is a rock-solid 11-3 map that should hold comfortably for the GOP through 2030.
