Afghan Women Still Protesting 🇦🇫 Since the Taliban’s return in August 2021, women’s rights in Afghanistan have regressed dramatically, creating a graveyard of dreams for women and girls. The silence of the UN and international community on these violations is deeply concerning.

Tuition fees have forced universities to prioritize profit over education and put many at risk of bankruptcy, while students face extortionate interest rates - except for those wealthy enough not to need a loan.
They have been a disaster and should be scrapped, not increased.
