@LOTTracks Idk call me a weirdo but I don’t see how the motorized couplers were difficult for kids. They had actually made the plastic more flexible than it used to be. With magnets, you’re not gonna be able to pull much behind you, which in turn means the diecasts can’t be… well diecasts.

@GreenEngine06 i was mad at first but at the end of the day they need to make this as functional as possible for kids. even if it comes at the cost of 30+ years of backwards compatibility.

everyone saying this makes things fine as if the toy didn't need to be repaired first to function correctly, most kids won't be able to do that, this is still terrible quality control on mattel's part, unsurprisingly
