Right now I'm very pissed 😡 because the train I need to get home is delayed at Birmingham new street, further more I think these rail strikes need to stop 🛑 and everyone should be greatful that they are getting paid, if you not happy then quit your job simple as.

Really sick and tired of all these industries going on strike, over pay, hours and other things, don't they realise that this causes a lot disruption of to everybody's lives just because they want a pay rise, and to make the economy even worse than it is now.

Interesting, we’ve been offering access to the regions leading adapted cycling project to GP’s, social prescribers and link workers for several years now, and guess what? Not a single referral. It will be interesting to watch how this goes in addressing health inequalities
