And yes apparently on the smash house lakewoods Uber Eats page it didn’t say the word kosher, which is common for a restaurant who just opened up and is probably still getting its page setup, but clearly the frum babysitter didn’t look for a kosher symbol either way, since the non-kosher place she got by accident “smashburgers” obviously didn’t either have a kosher symbol on the site, so clearly she wasn’t even looking or double checking for a kosher symbol.

Katz’s Delicatessen in NYC is not a kosher establishment. While “Katz” is a Jewish name & Katz’s is a historic Jewish-style deli that does not serve pork or shellfish, the food is not certified kosher & does not meet kosher standards. Sharing to prevent confusion for kosher consumers.
