@O2 I want to cancel my phone and tariff order. Obviously no idea when it will be delivered. It is processing. How do I cancel this. Whether it is processing or not I don’t care I want to cancel it. It’s been too long with no information

@O2 is o2 going to give a statement to customers regarding what’s gone on with customers not receiving goods paid for? A delay with the warehouse is not an acceptable response to this. What is the cause of the delay? Is o2 waiting for handset to be delivered from the US?

@O2 any update on when all these phones are being delivered? Can we expect them in the next week? Surely whatever issue has caused this should be sorted by now - when are we getting our phones?
