And just like that, Twitter feeds are now broken. That includes the client portal to our work order system, where we kept our customers current on alerts and best practices. We’ll evaluate that space in the interface and create new information pathways on Monday.

@minchoi @FelipeDaragon @TheBryanJiang @Twitter There is a lot of marketing that is based on Twitter being open for all to see. That goes for promotion and alerting. If this is not a "temporary emergency measure," then we'll be forced to find another open microblogging solution (e.g. Mastodon).
