In fact white have a higher life expectancy in those cities than they do for the entire states they belong in. Blacks significantly lower compared to state.

Your political preference doesn’t make you a minority. White people are the majority in the majority of places they go. There aren’t many areas black people are concentrated.

I do understand what you’re saying however African Americans are more than fairly represented. African Americans are not all evenly distributed around the country. They live within major urban cities and within those urban cities live in neighborhoods that are predominantly black. In concentrating the 15% of the us population into small heavily populated areas and then factor in they vote 90% for one party they actually have outsized influence. There’s areas sprinkled around America where they are a minority to white peiple in a neighborhood by a meaningful margin and underrepresented sure just as a white republican living in the Bronx lacks representation too.

Urban areas have better education than rural but not better than suburban which can be a mixed bag. Job growth has been better under democratic presidents.
