Are marketing companies pushing clients into subpar #domains while building sites paid with CDAP grants?

@domain_org @BrandAimCom Perhaps there is more awareness around domains in general, and they realize .com is better even tho .ca is pretty alright if it's a canadian based business. What is CDAP? And how would that help?
