The Queen’s Chamber “air shafts” were equal length – approx. 79 meters. The original chamber was smaller and had corbelled walls – a part of it is still visible – the “Corbelled Niche”. Egyptians chiseled out more on the north side (towards the passage) than on the south – 3 vs 1 meter. BTW, they also inserted the chevron above. The original shape of the Queen’s Chamber and the “missing” shafts (dashed lines) are shown on the picture. @EthicalSkeptic @nobulart @EcdoPrep
