@united I’ve been Premier with you guys forever! I board the plane today at EWR UA403, after purposely choosing my seat ahead of time and at the gate you move me to a MIDDLE seat? Terrible treatment of a long time loyal customer! I’m NOT happy!!!

@mystlukes Need to talk someone in admin. Been a patient almost 4 months, being ignored by doctors and staff. I’ve called 4x and messaged 3X. Zero response! I was supposed to have surgery and had questions & concerns. 2 days before, still no call from a doc. I canceled pls help

@united UA2113 out of EWR to ORD. Today 9/15. Please, please train your gate agents about musical instruments as carry ons! Your airline is usually good but today you have a woman who openly has hostility towards musicians carrying their tools. Platinum member here!

@united What the actual hell is going on! I’m and have been a huge fan of your airline for countess and am a current Platinum member. UA 4593 out of EWR supposed to leave at 8:29. Delayed and new boarding was supposed to be 9:25 for a 9:50 departure. Still ZERO word or updates!

@united as a Platinum member and longtime United customer, I was very disappointed in gate agent @ EWR boarding 1071 to Chicago for performance with Tommy James. He very belligerently told me to check my 50 year old bass in a soft case. I informed him of FAA rule. Did not care.

Not talking about gate check either. Expected me to check 50yr old bass in soft case to be collected @ bag claim. @united pls retrain this agent the rules of instruments as carry on. Loyal customer 25yrs due to UA friendly instrument policy. Pls train new hires FAA instrmt rule
