How is everyone getting team adoption for Claude?
I spent a lot of time on Twitter, as do you. We see all this AI stuff popping up. We're on top of it, or at least sorta. I know what's going on and are testing all these fringe ideas.
But how are all you people getting your team to actually use it effectively without spending all their time on Twitter and learning, which we know they won't and probably shouldn't be?

What is profit? If the LLC UBT is 4% on non S. When your account for pass through entity savings in the S and potentially controllable QBI (over cap single S), I am not sure the arbitrage between the New York City S corporation tax and the UBT is not offset?
Without QBI/PTET, yes, but if the NY SMLLC cannot get 199A because they have no wage base or PTET (assuming not a partnership), I would think S still wins at some income levels in NYC

And if you’re in NY or CA, you’re able to deduct state tax payments (and bypass SALT deduction limits) via a program called PTET. So yes, you can pay yourself via payroll and have it be tax efficient.

The above is not necessarily correct and should be consulted with a real CPA. In some states, it’ll make your situation worse, in some cases it is great, but it really depends on the situation. You do not deduct payroll via the QBI deduction, not sure what that means…payroll is a deduction to the S corporation, but is picked as income at the personal level of course.
QBI is standalone deduction (199A) which may or may not factor in the wage base depending on the overall income at the personal level

Agreed! ClickUp AI super agents are using a combination of models as their underlying base. We’ve been able to create several self-sufficient agents within our atmosphere that connects to all of our external workflow as well. It is pretty wild what we can do so far (I pay no attention to the token usage, which is probably out of control 🤣)
