We’re a few months into 2026 and how are those health goals looking? For me, the focus has been consistency. My magic number is 10,000 steps a day, and honestly, I couldn’t do it without the seamless duo of my Galaxy Watch8 and the Samsung Health app on my Samsung Galaxy phone.
