Why is Elon Musk melting down over #TheOdyssey and the Oscars? "Every best picture winner in the Academy’s 98-year history — from the 'Wings' in 1929 through 'One Battle After Another' this past March — clears the Oscars' new inclusion rules. That also includes 'Oppenheimer,' the film directed by Christopher Nolan, with whom Elon Musk had no problem until this past week. And Nolan’s upcoming adaptation of Homer’s 'The Odyssey,' whenever the Academy gets a look at it, would also clear the inclusion standards, and it’s not because Lupita Nyong’o was cast as Helen of Troy," writes Variety's Clayton Davis. variety.com/2026/film/awar…

@MrAndyNgo @LCPSOfficial Good reporting Andy Ngo. It confirms the quasi-Gestapo culture that existed at Louden County School Board five years ago continues up to the present. Disgusting, of course, but informative. Thanks.

There's something sick going on in Democrat-controlled Loudon County Public Schools @LCPSOfficial in Virginia. A timeline: In 2021, a male student who wore female clothing sexually assaulted a girl in the bathroom at Stone Bridge High School. The school board then passed a policy allowing students to use whichever bathrooms they want to. In March 2025, a female student who claimed to be a boy recorded male peers in the boys' locker room at Stone Bridge High as revenge for them expressing discomfort with her being there. School officials went after the boys for voicing their "transphobic" views. In April 2026, a trans substitute teacher for the district was charged with alleged plans to kill people at John Champe High School. In May 2026, a trans student was caught recording and photographing at least 40 students under the bathroom stalls at Freedom High School. cc: @AAGDhillon ngocomment.com

@Jacqueline7865 @JonathanTurley Separation is not a workable solution. We tried it in the 1860’s. It failed, but if it had succeeded, we would all be speaking German now. Think bigger and maybe stop watching Real Housewives of New Jersey.

@JonathanTurley The only answer is separation. As a Democrat I WANT Republicans to HAVE and KEEP their candidates. I REALLY do. And as a Democrat, I want mine. This doesn’t have to be dramatic. Split this country in half and stay out of each others way. What day can we make this official?

@EricLDaugh Ya mean to say State enforcement of Medicaid fraud rules are not already mandatory? States should have been on the hook for fraud losses like taxpayers are on the hook for IRS tax law mistakes decades ago.

Minnesota, California, Illinois hardest hit 🔥 Vance is planning to audit states Medicaid Fraud Control Units, and ANY state who refuses to cooperate runs the risk of being CUT OFF at the federal level I voted for this!

When Obama visited China, he was forced to exit off the “ass” of Air Force One because they didn’t even get stairs for him. Trump just got a red carpet hero’s welcome with 300 students waving flags and chanting. It feels good to be respected on the world stage again 🇺🇸

@theblaze Yes AOC. The courts overturned the will of the majority as expressed an election. Because it was unconstitutional. Just like segregation in Alabama and Mississippi in the 1950s and 60s. As a member of Congress, you should know these things.

@theblaze John Oliver talks like he thinks the Supreme Court decided this case based on race. If John read the decision, he would know the decision said that race cannot be a factor in the decision. Poor John apparently can’t read.

@RealAmVoice @jsolomonReports The IRS had Hunter Biden dead to rights on the same tax evasion that they rightly prosecuted Paul Manafort on. But they let it slide. These were foreign agent fees that they didn’t want to disclose so they couldn’t report for tax purposes.

INVESTIGATORS SAT ON HUNTER BIDEN EVIDENCE? @jsolomonReports reports that Senators Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson say newly obtained DOJ records show federal investigators had evidence as early as 2020 suggesting Hunter Biden may have been involved in potential prostitution-related crimes, but never pursued charges before the statute of limitations expired.

I attended the University of Washington from 1966 to 1971. In 1971, the culture of the institution changed. Prior, the university wanted you to succeed if you could. If you couldn’t or didn’t put out the effort, that was on you. After, 1970, it wanted everyone to succeed irrespective of race or economic background. I suspect tuition subsidies also became necessary and government got increasingly involved in the funding. Professors were not highly paid prior to 1971. They wore sports coats with leather patches on the elbows as a badge of honor. They seemed to consider the life style and job security valuable fringe benefits, however. Student housing was similar to labor camps or prisons. As shown in your chart, my father had two sons in college for two years. He was a mid level executive and it wasn’t easy, but he wrote checks for my brother and I to attend public universities out of his income and savings.

The USA dropped the gold standard in August 1971, which enabled massive govt spending, govt debt and unhinged Fed policies. Inflation destroyed buying power. Compare the cost of a 4 year degree vs home cost vs Household income. The trajectory clearly changed around 1971.

@BankUnlimited @RyanDetrick @awealthofcs If you were correct, The Weimar Republic would still be in operation. Instead, Germans were burning banknotes in kitchen stoves instead of coal because banknotes were worth less. When the money became worthless, it didn’t matter how much they could print and they were broke.

@EndWokeness Note how AOC’s theatrical sincerity is used to authenticate her factually inaccurate preferred narrative. The American Revolution was a response to a government with confiscatory taxes providing insufficient public services. It’s similar to what we see from Congress today.
