Again. Visited two @GreggsOfficial stores at lunch time and neither had any hot food and the staff were rude when asked if they were making anymore. Only a few cold sausage rolls and steak bakes.

Whaaat!! 9.30 on a Saturday morning & told the bacon won’t be ready for 15minutes. Come on @GreggsOfficial get your act together.

Big up @GreggsOfficial for sending me a half baked lattice and @ubereats_uk for saying I'm not entitled to a refund for it 😂

.@GreggsOfficial It defeats the object of ordering hot food if the shop tell you the order is ready 15 minutes before the collection time. Staff promised it would still be hot but it wasn't. Cold mac 'n cheese doesn't do it for me ☹️

@GreggsOfficial when you ask for a coffee u expect it to be hot not tepid 3 tries he had on 2 different machines @lymm services pretty poor service

@GreggsOfficial I dont know how on earth you stores keep on serving burnt pizzas I place my order on uber get burnt food then get told by uber youre foods not burnt i had then pop into the store just to be told thats not burnt at all you really need to start training youre staff

@GreggsOfficial I swear you should sue aldi because they MUST use a Greg's steak bake on their packaging because the packet looks the same but the product... might as well be plasticine!

Morning everyone. Sad start to the day here- Decided to treat myself to a Croissant from @GreggsOfficial this morning. Got home, cracked the bag open and it was raw inside. Gutted. Can only get better from here.
