@CrystalVixen1 Staff do not have to wear masks when working behind perplex screens. Masks must be worn when on the shop floor and in areas accessible by customers.

@GreggsOfficial Staff in one of the Bridgwater branches were not wearing masks today or before. What is your policy at the moment please?

@leanraptor84 Staff don’t have to wear coverings as we work behind perplex screens. Anytime we’re on the shop floor (or any other area accessible by customers), they must be wearing a face covering. That’s Greggs policy regarding the issue & it is following government requirements ☺️

@GreggsOfficial Um why can't you just put it on here so that the public know instead of being secretive, last time I looked most other food takeaway places including subway which is next door make their staff where fave coverings, obviously you guys don't follow govt requirements

@GreggsOfficial hi why is it that you have signs saying everyone in the store has to wear a face covering yet your staff do not at your stores in Redditch or are you guys just flouting the rules? 🤔

@jasonlikesbikes Staff don’t have to wear masks when behind the perplex screens. However, when in customer accessible areas they should be wearing one 😊 hope this helps.

@GreggsOfficial Are your staff exempt from wearing masks - neither of the staff I saw today were wearing them (accepting there might be medical reasons).

@mariasteer1 @icedrainbow All ingredients are listed on the ticket with the sandwich name on, including sauces. Hope this helps in future 😊

@icedrainbow @GreggsOfficial Thought everything had to have ingredients on packaging? Have they learned nothing from past mistakes in the food industry. Hope you are ok after your experience.

Well I wasn't amused by the labelling on this sandwich packaging when buying from @GreggsOfficial recently. I mean who has time to check a website these days. I had french mustard in it 🤢 #sandwich

@emmmariec We work behind perplex screens. We only need to wear a mask when on the shop floor in an area that customers can access.

@zigwafflejump @tef_ebooks no, we don’t shout freshly baked. we actually do shout hot tray though. the only time we used “freshly baked” is when we’re saying it for the sake of customers to here. so i’d say hot tray taking it out the oven, then “freshly baked steak bakes” as i’m putting it in the counter

@tef_ebooks So if they say, for example, "behind you", or "hot pan" they'll be disciplined??

people are saying "wow, so grim" but i'm referencing a sony patent from 2013, amazon's camperforce program, and americans in poverty selling blood plasma and how greggs makes employees say "Freshly Baked™" to warn people that they're carrying a hot tray just out of the oven

@spooky_t0fu @aurafenn they weren’t gone forever - the factory that produces them flooded with storm Dennis at the beginning of the year & then covid happened. glad they’re back 🤪

Usually avoid @GreggsOfficial but everyone likes a hot sausage roll every now and then. THEY’VE TAKEN THEIR HOT PLATES AWAY TO SAVE MONEY AND NOW THEY SERVE COLD SAUSAGE ROLLS!

@Darceymcfarlane because you don’t pay for hot food, that’s why. there’s not hot VAT tax as they’re kept on a cooling shelf.

@GreggsOfficial why is it every time I visit Greggs I get cold food. Every time even 30 minutes after you have opened, I’m paying for hot food, why don’t put them on hot trays, this is so infuriating and I will never be at another Gregg’s establishment ever again.
