@GreggsOfficial @greggsbot I’m sure I speak for the nation here when I say that we’d rather pay an extra 20p (the hot food tax) for a warm sausage roll rather than getting a cold one. Especially when I can buy 4 for the same price from your establishment.

@UtilitaEnergy tried to top up my gas and electricity again for it to say “unsuccessful” but yet still had the money taking from my bank account and I can’t get through to your customer service team as I keep getting cut off when selecting the option

@GreggsOfficial why is it every time I visit Greggs I get cold food. Every time even 30 minutes after you have opened, I’m paying for hot food, why don’t put them on hot trays, this is so infuriating and I will never be at another Gregg’s establishment ever again.
