Excuse me, but did you actually read the Scripture or did you just react to whatever your knee jerk was? Yes, there is a time and a place for judgement. And Matthew 7 is a clear precursor to any judgement we make. It says: "First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye." Giving the necessity that you should judge yourself before you judge other—you make sure YOU are right with God before you start judging other people. That was the entire point to my posts. It doesn't matter what it is: Every doctrine, every precept is to be applied to us personally first. Always, as Jesus made clear in this analogy. He clearly indicated that only by first 'judging' our own faith, doctrine and behavior are we qualified to rightly judge others without bias or prejudice. And this is important BECAUSE Judgement begins with believers. And you and I—and everyone else—will be judged according to that standard, by the only man perfect enough to judge righteously in every respect. This is neither controversial or problematic doctrine. It's basic Christianity 101. Unfortunately the reminder is necessary for some. This is a open, public forum, used for discussion, and your warning brought the prompting of the corresponding warning I gave—and the unction to post it—up in my spirit. So, I was obedient to that prompting, because apparently someone needed to see it. I did not direct anything at you, personally, any more than you did. Why does every shooter have a manifesto? Most shooter’s manifestos remain classified so they don’t inspire more would be shooter’s. Why did they release Cole Allen’s manifesto almost immediately?
