That’s exactly what I thought too. Plus check out this Chopper 5 footage from about an hour after. The disturbance in the roof gravel is significantly farther back than described. So, I have been watching the video for hours. I am pretty sure I see a gun, I see him doing something in the area of the screwdriver was found and I see a recoil, but first, let's break it down, this first video, I think it is clear he is running with a gun, this looks like the barrel to me. Excuse my poor editing, I was trying to give you an area to look at to see the barrel--inevitably, a cultist will take a still from this video where I prematurely circled the area so you know what area to look, and they will claim "NO GUN" you watch. Anyway, I do not care, first part is proving a gun was on that roof and I clearly see it, do you?

He’s the one who recorded, and even used his finger in the video as Candace is demonstrating here. And she’s correct, he doesn’t say he saw a gun in the clip.

Correct and I have the prosecution’s document from today. In the prosecution document is roughly 5-10 quoted sentences from the ME report. Therefore, people are seeing some quoted sentences from a NINE page ME report. Hope that makes sense. There is a lot we don’t know still because the ME is not public.

Interesting tweet Candace. There is no public Medical Examiner’s report. On day 1 of the preliminary hearing, agent David Hull with the State Bureau of Investigation testified. During exhibit 11 the Medical examiner’s report both the prosecution and defense argued that the ME (exhibit 11) should NOT be made public. Judge Graf ruled the exhibit “will not be published in either the courtroom or the media.” On 7-29-2026, the prosecution released a 28 page document on why they believe Tyler Robinson should be bound over. In this document, some quotes are given from the ME report. The ME report is a 9 page report. Without testimony from the ME, expert Dr witnesses and the staff who treated Charlie, all these statements from people who claim to know what happened are 💯FALSE and misleading.
