This follows 2 years of hard work and commitment behind the scenes, and the club now await official confirmation from the Licencing Committee and SFA board, of the granting of the Sfa Licence. 🇦🇹

@GreigMitchell18 @DeanMK85 But far too many times this season in the earlier cup rounds teams have sat ideal. You shouldn’t be able to organise a potential game if it’s less than 5 days notice. For example if our game was off on Saturday we wouldn’t be able to arrange a league game for Tuesday night

Don’t think this is right at all, clubs have had to sit idle to make way for community cup matches already this season. If a club opts to play in the community cup then they should have to deal with whatever fixture pile up comes their way.

@GreigMitchell18 @DeanMK85 Of course it helps Largs but they’ve played a lot more league games. It also sets a precedent now that clubs can organise games with less than 5 days notice or put potential games in should others get postponed. By playing in the community cup you choose to have extra games

@MrBenGrant @DeanMK85 Surely eases Largs congestion at end of season ? If there was an advantage do you think Largs / Arnie would’ve agreed to it ? Some advantage 21 league games in 3 months because we decided to enter communities cup 😂

@DeanMK85 Aye but the JBs have loads of games to play, partly due to opting to play in the junior cup. This eases their fixture congestion when other clubs will have to cram a load of games in later in the season! That then gives them an advantage. Simple as that!
